The first step in the process is to give us a call so we can answer any questions you may have, and this will allow us to go over our services in more detail. We’d love to get to know more about your pets and what services they need. We can customize the perfect pet care plan for them. Once we have an idea of what services you are looking for and confirm we cover your area then we can proceed to STEP 2.
2. Client Portal
Create an account and set up your personal client/pet portal with our completely secure software system which will allow you to
- Update your personal or pet information
- Upload your favorite pictures of your pet(s)
- Book services
- Make changes to an existing reservation
- Update your payment method.
- View past invoices and payments
- Review your schedule at any time
3. Request Services
- Log in to your new client/pet portal and request your first service with us. Choose between our pet sitting options, dog walking and pet care services. Lots of options so please reach out if you have any questions.
4. Schedule Your Free Meet & Greet
- In-Home: Schedule your V.I.C. pet sitter to come out and meet you and your pet(s). This will allow us to interact with them and learn their routine along with you getting to know us. We are very detailed oriented, so the more information provided at the meet and greets the better we can care for your pet(s) and home.
- Virtual: Not a fan of in-home meet and greets due to COVID? We are here to help and would love to schedule a Zoom call at your convenience.
